What can I expect if I schedule a remote service appointment?
1.We’ll call at the scheduled time and guide you through setting up our remote-software. Once connected, we’ll inspect the computer and determine what we can do to help.
2.We’ll then provide you with a quote for the work, and you can either approve it or consider it for later.
3.Once approved, we get the job done, make sure you’re happy, and take payment securely over the web or phone.

What can I expect if I schedule an on-site service call?
1.We’ll call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home or office, just to let you know we’re on our way.
2.Once we arrive, we shake hands and go over your concerns and inspect your computers, phones, tablets as necessary. We’ll then provide you with a flat-quote of services, and you can choose to have the work done, or not.
3.Once approved, we get the job done, make sure you’re happy, and take payment.

Can I drop off my computer/phone/tablet to you?
Yep. We have a relationship with Goin’ Postal in North Port that allows you to drop off to us. We’ll receive it the same day, and usually diagnos it and call you with a quote within 24 hours.
The address is 13624 Tamiami Trl, Unit 221, North Port, FL 34287. The open hours are M-F 9am-5pm.
Once the job is complete, you may pick it back up from the same place or request a dropoff to your home.
What are your rates? or How much will your service cost me?
To properly assess your needs we provide free estimates with our diagnostics. This is at no cost to you and can be done in the home, remotely, or by dropping off the unit.
There is no obligation with the free diagnostics. There is no trip charge or any fee if you decide against the repair. There is simply no “catch.”
Our average service calls cost between $120 – $200 and typically lasts between 1 – 3 hours. The price quoted to you after the diag will be a flat fee. All services will come with our 30 day warranty.
While advising you we’ll always consider the age of your machine or device vs. repair costs and the cost of a new machine. You will always receive our most honest professional opinion.
